GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

• Min Having Diploma 3 degree
• Fluent in English both spoken and written

• Computer literate

1. FINANCE / ACCOUNTING

• Male, max 26 years old
• Min. graduate from S1 majoring Finance or Accounting with GPA min 3.00
• Having one year experience in the same field
• Computer literate
• Quick adapted, self starter, dynamic & pay attention to details
• Possessing positive work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results
• able to work under pressure to meet deadline

2. NEWS EDITOR

• Male / Female, max 27 years old
• Min. graduate from Diploma any discipline (Broadcasting is preferably)
• Min. 1 year experiences in this field
• Creative and able to operate editing software Avid
• Good understanding in Compositing : After Effect & Photoshop
• Good command in English (min. written)
• Communicative and able to work as a team player
• Pleasant personality
• Available to work in flexible time (shift)

3. TRANSMISSION ENGINEERING OFFICER

• Male age max 25 years old
• D3/S1 Majoring in Technique Electro/telecommunication from reputable university with GPA min 3.00, Fresh Graduated are welcome
• Minimum 1 year experience as microwave transmission engineer and has extensive exposure to various transmission network technology
• Understand basic principles of radio frequency, microwave transmission and antenna
• Posses a good understanding of access network technology solutions
• Willing to travel
• Strong analytical skill
• Strong motivation, able to work as a team player and Ready to work on shift schedule

4. GENSET OPERATOR

• Male, Age max 25 years old
• Min 1 year experience as an Operator Genset
• Willing to travel
• Strong motivation, able to work as a team player and Ready to work on shift schedule

5. SATELLITE NEWS GATHERING (SNG)

• Minimum S1/D3 from Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years experience as microwave transmission planning engineer and has extensive exposure to various transmission network technology
• Understand basic principles of radio frequency
• Possess a good understanding of access network technology solutions
• Possess a good knowledge of detailed transmission network parameter planning
• Knowledge of microwave transmission planning tool such as Path loss
• Quick adapted, self starter, dynamic & pay attention to details

6. PROMO COPYWRITER & VOICE OVER

• Male max 29 years old
• S1 graduation from reputable university with GPA min 3.00, Fresh graduate are welcome
• Good command in English, both in oral and written is an advantage
• 1 year experience in radio and advertising is an advantages
• Computer literate
• Quick adapted, self starter, dynamic & pay attention to details
• Possessing positive work attitudes
• Doesn’t have voice disability (stuttering, etc)

7. IT BROADCAST DEVELOPER

• Male/Female age max 27
• Bachelor/ Diploma from Computer/Electronic Department (For Diploma : min 1 year experience)
• IPK min 2.75
• Programming Skill : Delphi, ASP/PHP
• Programming Skill in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash/Director & Interfacing with hardware is an advantages
• Database Skill : SQL Server or Oracle
• Communicative, able to work as a team player and have good interpersonal skill

8. IT ORACLE DEVELOPMENT

• Male / Female under 26 years of age
• Have a good educational background ( University or IT Academy / Institute )
• Having experience in system and network administration
• Hard Worker and produce the desired end results within given time-frames,
• Keep up with new technological developments
• Team player with positive mind and attitude
• A working knowledge of MS Windows XP/2000/Server, MS Exchange, CISCO Routers/switches, LAN/WAN management, SQL, CITRIX and Programming / systems analysis knowledge will be an advantage.

9. NEWS PRODUCER / NEWS PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

• Having experience in the same field at least 1 year or
• Experience as a news assistant producer at least 2 years or
• Able to lead the team that prepares and executes all aspects of news and other content for delivery on all platforms
• Having excellent news judgment with knowledge of current events and history
• Having effective news writing ability for all platforms.
• Creative and proficient in news production
• Fluent in English

10.. NEWS PRESENTER / REPORTER

• Male/Female, age max. 26 years old
• S1 graduation from reputable university (Journalistic is preferred) with GPA min 2.75
• Camera Face and Microphone Voice
• Having passion on journalistic/news experience and
• Fluent in English
• Having proportional posture with min height 165 cm

11.. BROADCAST TECHNICIAN

1. Male age max 26 years old
2. D3/S1 Majoring in Technique Electro from reputable university with GPA min 3.00, Fresh Graduated are welcome
3. Computer literate, Able to operate internet and some Windows application such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point & other related program
4. Maintenance are welcome
5. Strong analytical skill
6. Strong motivation, able to work as a team player and Ready to work on shift schedule

12. GRAPHIC / WEB DESIGNER

1. Female/Male, age max 28 years old
2. Have experience in graphic/WEB design (in broadcast Area is an advantage)
3. Good skill in Photoshop, Iillustrator and Macromedia Studio
4. Having knowledge of 3D software, after effects and composite software.
5. Good command in English, both in oral and written
6. Communicative, able to work as a team player, have good interpersonal skill, willing to learn

13. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Male/female (age max.27 years old)
• Min. S1 graduate (fresh graduate welcome), having experience in the same field is an advantage
• Good interpersonal communication
• Good command in English, both in oral and written
• Pleasant personality
